Why I Created the Tampa Bay Rental Academy
After helping hundreds of renters search for homes across the Tampa Bay area, I realized something.
Most people don’t lose out on great rentals because they aren’t qualified.
They lose out because nobody ever explained how the process actually works.
I’ve watched people:
- Spend money on applications that had almost no chance of being approved.
- Miss incredible homes because they waited one day too long.
- Worry about things that weren’t actually a problem.
- Ignore things that turned out to be deal breakers.
- Believe advice that simply wasn’t true.
