One Little Trick That Makes the Whole Toolkit Better
As you work through these resources, create an album on your phone called:
MY HOUSE
Take pictures of the things you’re documenting.
Your water shutoff.
Breaker panel.
AC filter size.
HVAC model number.
Water heater label.
Irrigation controls.
Hurricane shutters.
Appliance model numbers.
Paint labels.
Receipts.
Anything Future You may eventually need to identify.
Over time, that album becomes a surprisingly useful little owner’s manual for your particular house.
Because that’s really what this toolkit is about.
Not learning everything there is to know about houses.
